I love my job as a Realtor and I love where I work! I am an Arizona native that grew up in Litchfield Park, back when it was in the middle of nowhere. I attended Litchfield Elementary School, Agua Fria High School in Avondale. I have watched the West Valley grow over these last 40+ years and would not want to be anywhere else, I love living and working here.
In 2009 I followed my mom's footsteps and became a Realtor. It was not an easy time to become a Realtor, but I adapted quickly to the market and specialized in helping homeowners in distress. I am truly grateful for the education I received when I first began in real estate. I have several designations that were essential to helping me assist my clients during that difficult economic time: Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN), Certified Short Sale Property Expert (CSSPE) and Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR). I am still using the knowledge and tools that I gained from these designations today to help my clients, especially the negotiating skills that I developed.
Real estate agents must complete continuing education classes every two years, but I like to go beyond these basic requirements. In 2016 I earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation and in 2017 I earned the Master Listing Specialist designation, the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation as well as the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. The CRS designation is an intensive designation and it is considered to be the highest credential awarded to residential real estate agents, managers, and brokers. The knowledge and networking that I receive from continuing education have proven essential for serving my clients the best that I can!
