I hired Cinda Rose to help me navigate through the short sale process with an FHA loan. I wanted to do a pre-approved sale so that I could get some moving reimbursement monies. The entire process took over 10 months due to the bank's slow processes and lack of response. However, Cinda remained diligent, vigilant, and determined. She kept on the bank to make sure things continued to move forward and she provided me weekly updates on the status of my file.
