The Phoenix real estate market is STILL unexpectedly busy! We are usually slowing down for the holidays by now so it's great to see so many active buyers out there looking for a new home and taking advantage of the still low interest rates. Competition and multiple offers are still common especially among homes $200,000 and less. Buyers still need to be aggressive with their offers.
Even with all of the activity prices are remaining stable so sellers need to remain realistic about their home's market value.
