Thursday December 8
Adults Only Moonlight Hike at White Tank Park. Enjoy the Waterfall Canyon Trail and discover the desert after the sun sets. Bring a flashlight, must be 16 years or older. Meet at Area 6 parking lot before 7pm. No dogs allowed. There is a $6 per vehicle park entry fee. For more information visit White Tank Mountain Regional Park website.
Friday December 9
Family Moonlight Hike at White Tank Park. Bring the family for a moonlight hike along the Waterfall Canyon Trail. Bring a flashlight and meet at Area 6 parking lot before 7pm. No dogs allowed. Saturday December 10
24th Annual Christmas in the Park in Litchfield Park. It's finally here! Head out to Historic Old Litchfield Park this Saturday for their 24th Annual Christmas in the Park and bring the entire family for a holiday fun packed day. Litchfield Park is once again hosting Christmas in the Park with live entertainment, an art show with over 70 artists and craft vendors, snow and visits with Santa. There will be a holiday parade starting at 10am with marching bands, drill teams, and floats. The free event runs from 9am to 4pm and will be located at the Town Center. The craft booths open at 9am. Sunday December 11
Wigwam Farmer's Market in Litchfield Park. Held every Sunday on the Front Lawn of the Wigwam Resort. Shop for local produce, handmade foods, and more. Always a great time, come out and support our local famers and vendors! For more information visit the Wigwam's website.
Wigwam Holiday Lights in Litchfield Park. The Wigwam is hosting holiday nights this Sunday. There will be photos with Santa, Hayride through the city of lights, holiday music, kid's pastry chef workshop, holiday village tour and s'mores. For more info visit www.wigwamaz.com.
Upcoming Events
Tales from the White Tanks December 12th. Local resident and award winning story teller, Joyce Story, will be sharing stories of magic and mystery of White Tank Park. Holiday Dinner & City of Lights Contest Tour Thursday December 15th Enjoy a special seasonal dinner, holiday refreshments and tour through the holiday lights of Litchfield Park. Event runs from 6pm to 9pm. For more info www.wigwamaz.com.
Black Rock Archeology Walk at White Tank Park December 15th. Check out the history and lifestyles of the early native people of the Valley. White Tank's Balck Rock Trail is a 1/2 mile flat hike and is one of the largest and most concentrated collection of Hohokam and Yavapai petroglyphs in the Valley. Breakfast with Santa Sunday December 18th. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at Litchfield at the Wigwam and visit with Santa. $18 for adults and $8 for children. Children under 3 are free. 8:30am -11:30am. For more info www.wigwamaz.com.

Christmas Day Family Dinner at the Wigwam Sunday December 25th. Red's Bar & Grill will be hosting a buffet from 11am-7pm. The cost is $33 for adults, $17 for children ages 4 to 12, children under 4 are free. Litchfield's will be offering a three course dinner from 3pm to 8pm. The cost is $33 per person.
