Once you locate a home you want to buy it is time to make an offer to the seller. We will go over the important things to consider when placing an offer on a home.
Step 4: Getting the Home Inspected
Once the seller has accepted your offer it is time to deposit your earnest money. Typically you will have 10 days to perform any inspections on the property after offer acceptance. It is recommended that you hire a professional home inspector and also have a termite inspection completed. We will answer the most FAQs about home inspections.
Step 5: Closing on Your New Home
We will go over the closing steps that need to be completed so you can take possession of your new home.
