Before I relocated to Goodyear back in 2005, I was in charge of a family bookbinding business. We had 25 employees with a 24 hour a day operation. Managing employees, vendors and customers was a constant challenge. As a business owner this is a must to be successful!
My parents moved here in 2000, relocating from the Bay Area. With them getting older, I thought it was time to be closer to them. Sold my business and home and relocated to this beautiful state!
In California, my hobby was renovating homes and selling them for a profit. Moving to Arizona, I decided to follow this passion. I got into real estate and quickly wanted to learn the business inside and out. I started with some "traditional" sales and listings. Then I got involved with a large bank owned (REO) resale specialist and learned all of the "behind the scenes" with these types of transactions. I became certified and negotiated many shorts sale transactions...saving quite a few home owners from foreclosure. I purchased HUD homes and started attending the auctions.
I created my flip company "Legal Holdings" back in 2011. I have used my previous skills and have flipped aver 70 properties from 2011 until now, 2014. I have purchased at all types of venues.....auctions, HUD homes, short sales, Bank owned properties, probate sales and of course, traditional sales. I have learned all of the tactics for buying low and selling high!
In real estate you can only be as good as the team that supports you. And I do have a good one !! I have a very qualified lender, Jeff O'Brasky, who can guide you throughout the lending process. He can help pre-qualify a client or, if needed, help get your credit up to where it needs to be. Bob DeFalco can assist in the home inspection process. We have Steve Moore with Moore Air and Brian with Arizona Mirage pools, to help in those fields. I have a group of licensed contractors or handyman type people, to help with any remodel, painting, tile or carpeting that may be requested.
From running a family business, which included handling all of the aspects of people managing and negotiating, to the entrance into real estate and all of the different types of transactions, I feel like I have a great handle with the skills required to obtain/sell your home.
