About Me:  I am an Arizona native that grew up in Litchfield Park, back when it was in the middle of nowhere!  I attended Litchfield Elementary school and Agua Fria High School in Avondale.   I have watched the West Valley grow over these last 40 years and would not want to be anywhere else, I love living and working here.  
In 2009 I followed my mom's footsteps and became a Realtor.  It was not an easy time to become a Realtor!  I adapted quickly to the market and specialized in helping homeowners in distress.  It was a tough job and most of my clients were emotionally exhausted by the time they called me for help.  It was gratifying to be able to help so many people find a solution to their financial problems.  
Of course, now the real estate market has shifted to a healthier one and distressed properties are only a small percentage of homes on the market.  However, the tools, negotiating skills, systems and communication processes that I developed during the "short sale years" have proven to be invaluable as I now work with sellers that have equity in their property.  If you are thinking about selling your home I’d love to schedule a time for a phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit.  I have a proven system that helps sellers avoid the typical problems that occur while selling their home.  
My real estate designations:  I am truly grateful for the education I received when I first began in real estate.  I have several designations that were essential to helping me assist my clients during that difficult economical time:  Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN), Certified Short Sale Property Expert (CSSPE) and Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR).   I am still using the knowledge and tools that I gained from these designations today to help my clients, especially the negotiating skills that I developed. 
Real estate agents must complete continuing education classes every two years, but I like to go beyond these basic requirements.  In 2016 I earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation and in 2017 I earned the Master Listing Specialist designation. I am working toward my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, one of the largest and hardest to obtain designations in the real estate industry, as well as the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS), another intensive designation considered to be the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers.  I’ll be earning several smaller designations on my road to achieving the GRI and CRS designations.  I'm looking forward to getting these completed by Spring of 2018.  The knowledge and networking that I receive from continuing education have proven essential for serving my clients the best that I can.
